Session 1 - The Foundation

The old foundation broke and let you down. This may feel confusing. There is something new to build within you and it is easier than one would think. It does take a plan. This session has you easily plan feeling good as a trustworthy reality.

  • What Happened? An end to the confusion a distinction of what happened in the body and mind.
  • How to have life roll along more smoothly. The access to what is missing for a more easy life.
  • How we each receive information uniquely and then limit our beliefs; missing important information on wellness.
  • How we lost our identity, momentarily. Rediscovering who we really are and reclaiming our ID.
  • Experiencing how others experience the shared events. Access to expanded wellness.

Session 2 - New Tools Skills and Supplies

The tools are techniques one uses like a skill. Their purpose is to produce a desired result of wellness, control, power, effectiveness and reliability in oneself; a new peace and calm. One is empowered and motivated. After feeling unwell for a length of time we forget what has us be well. In this session, you get the tools to build your new structure that supports wellness.

  • Speech patterns changed when our wellness changed. Hearing how we speak and learning other ways to express simple thoughts without universal quantifiers that limit wellness.
  • How we misfile information during Depression and Anxiety.
  • Beliefs are with us throughout our lives. The huge impact comes from discovering that we have continually changed our beliefs on many important issues wellness is an option we may believe is possible.
  • Learning how to be ‘out of pain’ and ‘in the moment’

Session 3 - Constructing Wellness

There are emotional wellness skills to build. We start small and strengthen these skills to a point where one feel strong again. These strong skills help foster health and wellness.   • Motivation if found in knowing our Values. We define out our Personal Value System and then have access to be motivated to do what is necessary to be well.
  • Access moments of true happiness and power. Social events can once again be powerful, easy and peaceful once these base skills are applied.
  • Has one discover there is a positive future and brilliant lessons from the past become available to now use.
  • Making ‘structural changes’ at home and at work to support the new healthy way of living.

Session four - Wellness Day to Day

What to expect living happy and healthy . Life moves up a notch and one feels great. So how do we keep that wellness daily? And how do we perform in a world where it has started to become normal to feel wonderful? This session sets you up to handle wellness day to day, and every day.

  • A 20 page personal and life-long Life Strategy Book. Keeps the life balanced and healthy.
  • A most powerful method to access creativity, worthwhile critiques and reality.
  • Ending the "cycle of depression" and "looped thinking".
  • Why did I go through this Anxiety and Depression? What I am to do right now? and How do my current skills make it work? Powerful and healing.
