Introduction to Emotional Fitness - Why the need to strengthen the emotional muscle.

Work Wheel: How to have work life roll along more smoothly. This session provides the access to what is missing in a person s life that causes all the stop/starts. Stops repetitive stress cycles.

Information Processing : This module shows how we each receive information in a unique way and then instantly filter the information to match our belief system. Learning this module helps a person to stop missing important information. A Big Stress Buster.

Mapping Access to Memory: Participants apply new skills to their well-being in the workplace: it has them fast pace the information flow and tasks as they relate to the big picture of the company.

Video Replay: Experiencing how others experience the same event. This allows understanding and relating to coworkers at a completely new level. Communicating from this level is powerful in that the process takes what was stressful down to a level of ease. Huge impact on productivity.

You Have the Life that Falls From Your Lips: In general, workplace language has become filled with the language of the all inclusive; universal quantifiers. The boss always wants help, Company's are all the same and things around here are never going to change. Once team players understand that they can choose to remove these universal quantifiers from their vocabulary and then begin using the language of success, communication upgrades fast. New language-ing brings immediate change.

The Photo Exercise: Small amounts of upset about meetings, deadlines, changes in the workplace eventually add up to become large upsets. Large upsets simply don't have to occur. The module quickly teaches each person how to change the mental pictures associated with upset. When practiced, it will have your team be effective at quickly being emotionally prepared for business meetings and presentations.

You believe what?: Narrow mindedness or tunnel vision. This module shows employees how easily one can alter their beliefs and move through corporate issues more easily. Opinions and judgments cause many of the full stops in the workplace. This module positively frees up people that tend to "dig in their heels". Participants will learn how to change their mind, powerfully.

* Timeline: Many people tend to plan their future from their past. This module has one discover there is a far more effective consideration of future and planning. Then lessons from the past become available to aid planning. This module has an interesting side effect, when used it not only takes the stress away, it gears up productivity.

* The Famous Disney Strategy: New work projects are exciting and they can be stressors. This is a powerful method to access the three main parts of planning and executing projects; Creativity, Worthwhile Critiques and Reality. Because the module is to put into action easily, it tends to be used repeatedly by our clients.
